I had a call about setting up a PLLC. Client needed to establish himself with a licensing board. I instructed him to set up the corporation with the Secretary of State. I also advised him of the need for an operating agreement.
He as been filing a schedule C. I advised him of the other options. One step at a time.
From a historical aspect I gave a tour at the Old State Capitol. One couple from Portland, Oregon and one from San Antonia. They were very attentive and interested.
Tax topics and Genealogy to boot. (Enrolled Agents are a hybrid between a CPA and a lawyer. They are very specialized in the area of income taxation.
